Our Five Consumer Outcome Principles

Our Five Consumer Principles

Our Regulators have defined Five consumer outcomes which all mortgage brokers should aim to achieve for all their consumers

These are as follows - If you feel that we have not achieved any of these five Outcomes , we would like to know , we take all our customers views very seriously , please tell us how you feel we can improve on our service to ensure that all our customers feel that they have been treated Fairly.

Outcome 1: Consumers can be confident that they are dealing with a firm where the fair treatment of customers is central to the corporate culture;

Outcome 2: Consumers are provided with clear information and are kept appropriately informed before, during and after the point of sale;

Outcome 3: Where consumers receive advice, the advice is suitable and takes account of their circumstances;

Outcome 4: Consumers are provided with products that perform as firms have led them to expect, and the associated service is both of an acceptable standard and as they have been led to expect;

Outcome 5: consumers do not face unreasonable post-sale barriers imposed by firms to change product, switch provider, submit a claim or make a complaint.
