We were thinking of changing lenders and were hoping that with 3 years worth monthly payments without any arrears would gain us a much better rate than the we are currently paying (it has been steadily increasing for the past year as well.
We were thinking of approaching a high street lender but based on the good service you gave us last time we would certainly be interested in a quotation.

The advance with no redemption is quite attractive to me, and I would not have any problem even if you did charge a fee (your services are worth the money) and I prefer things to be dealt with proficiently.

As you have dealt with our previous mortgage and hopefully will be sorting out a new mortgage for us later this year now our credit files are clear, and as previously discussed, we are looking to get back on a better rate for our mortgage We thought we would ask you if you can offer any advice.
