There are 3 main documents which we provide to you , These are:

1. The IDD known as the Key Fact Document- This document is a standard format published by the FSA to outline the key facts about the Firm and Services it offers.See our Current IDD form.

2. The Guide To Mortgage - This is a summary of various products and offers information to empower you to be able to make appropriate judgements on mortgage products. See our Current Guide to Mortgages.

3. The Application Form. These vary from Lender to Lender and are quite detailed, once we have selected an appropriate product and you are happy with the terms , we then forward the Lenders own Application Form to you for completion.
