Excellent customer service skills are essential as well as being a great communicator. You will need to have a high level of attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure . You must comply with FSA regulations and will be required to pass CeMAP examinations within a year. You will be hardworking, enthusiastic and be self-motivated to achieve targets and objectives set by your leam leader.
